Our list of vendors for the 2017-18 School Year will be posted August 2017. If you would like to use a specific vendor, you should begin the process right away so that they are set up before the school year begins.
Please note that vendors must be approved by ARCS. If you use or wish to use an instructor that is not a vendor with ARCS, you may email the office to have a vendor packet sent to you, and you will need to give it to the vendor to initiate the approval process. This process includes fingerprinting and requires proof of liability insurance. Please remember the process takes several weeks, and so if you are getting instruction with a new vendor you will need to pay them out of pocket until the vendor has been set up.
American River Charter School does not accept vendor solicitations. Instructors can not be set up with ARCS without being directly requested by a student family.
