How To Enroll

Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year
updated January 9, 2017

Site Program
In 2017-18 we are offering a TK-8th grade site program.  Most of our site program classrooms are now full and we have created a wait list. Students will be placed as space becomes available.  Open enrollment for the 2018 -19 school year begins February 1, 2018. If you are interested in a space in our Site program, and you are a new family, we recommend getting your application in on the day registration opens.  After open enrollment closes (on February 28th) any available seats will be filled by a lottery system, not first-come, first-served.

Homeschool Program
We continually accept applications for the TK-8th and 9th-12th grade Homeschool programs. For the 2017-18 school year there is limited availability, however to ensure you have a spot for the 2018-19 school year we recommend getting your application in as early as possible.

Homeschool Hybrid Program
The 2017-18 Hybrid program is currently for elementary grade students who are primarily homeschooled but still wish to participate in group activities and instruction in small, teacher-led classes two mornings a week with up to 12 other students. Hilma Valtatie, one of our Homeschool Supervising Teachers, now facilitates the hybrid class. Please call the school if you are interested in your child participating in this program.
We are hoping to expand our Hybrid program in 2018-19 and would like to hear from families interested in a Hybrid option for their children (any grade). If you are considering the ARCS Hybrid program for the 2018-19 school year, please send in your application packet as soon as possible.
